DKNY releases first look of Cara Delevingne collection

The American fashion label DKNY has given a sneak peak into its highly anticipated maiden design collaborative with its brand ambassador of two years, the English catwalk model Cara Delevingne.
Replete with urban and edgy style sensibilities, the sportswear-inspired 15-piece collection is suitable to be worn as separate individual pieces or can be smartly layered up to create an unusual overall look.
The line includes track pants with waistbands emblazoned with the model’s first name, pantsuits, jumpsuits, leather jackets, beanies, bombers, sports bras and tank and cropped tops.
The collection will be available for sale at the label’s Madison Avenue store, Bloomingdale’s 59th St. store, DKNY.com and Shopbop from October 15, 2014 onwards.
Founded in 1989, the New York-based fashion label DKNY is an affordable fast fashion diffusion line owned by the Parsons’ alumnus Donna Karan alongside her existing main line Donna Karan New York.
Also a well-known socialite, actress and singer, the multi-faceted fashion model Cara commands a huge fan following on the social media with more than 5.5 million followers on Instagram. The London-born 22-year-old has appeared in more than four campaigns of DKNY.
