Stylista.com bags 'Retail Start-Up of the Year' award

Stylista.com, India’s first collaborative fashion platform bagged the very first ‘Retail Start-Up Of The Year’ award at the recently held prestigious Star Retailers Award 2013-14.

The Star Retailer Awards is heralded as the market benchmark for retail success in India, and honours retailers who provide their customers the complete experience.

“Stylista.com is not even a year old, but already has caught the attention of India’s biggest e-commerce giants for its unique concept in the online fashion space,” the fashion platform informs.

“This is the first initiative in the country to truly democratise fashion and rely on home grown talent to create a homogeneous Indian brand,” it adds.

Stylista’s unique offering allows consumers access to exclusive curated collaborations by Indian designers such as Wendell Rodricks, Priyadarshini Rao, Nishka Lulla, Masaba among several others, along with its own private label Stylista Original.

Its innovative retail concept eliminates the middlemen and the mark-ups, creating the perfect universe of limited edition fashion at truly affordable prices.

CEO Avnish Chhabria at Stylista says, “We are the first online retailer to do exclusive designer collaborations with leading Indian designers and produce stylish yet affordable designer wear for the masses.”
