Devereux, the contemporary golf apparel line for men, has launched a new colourful range inspired from the trends of the past for the Fall/Winter 2014 season.

Taking cues from 1950’s and 1960’s Miami life, the line reflects the city’s fun-loving beach and resort day life through its lush green and cool navy colour ways and the dark mood of the night has been captured through deep wine and monochromatic colour schemes.

Meant for both golfers and travellers who frequent cities like New York, Miami or Los Angeles, the Proper Collection is fit to be worn on and off the golf course.

The line includes the Brunner shirt, featuring a thinned-out, four-button placket, button-down spread collar and the brand’s signature pocket on the left chest, the classic three-button Lindley made from stretch pique (96 per cent pima cotton and 4 per cent spandex) fabrics replete with a ribbed cut-away collar and the label emblem on the left chest as well as the last spring season’s carryover, the versatile European style inspired Oliver shirt with an overall sleek look and sophisticated contrasting details.

The collection also features four new styles- Charles (a timeless and colourful polo shirt with a bold contrast cut-and-sew chest piece), Jahan (a well-fitted casual shirt with conservative prints), Joseph (featuring elegant contrast piping details with extended placket) and William (detailed with chest stripes, pocket and button-down collars).

In addition to polo shirts, the range also includes the clean, sleek and narrow-fitted Devereux Prescott pants in claret, steel and graphite tones alongside the Haimes (a luxurious lightweight sweater with a V-neck and ribbed trim) and the 85 per cent pima cotton and 15 per cent baby alpaca blend crafted, V-neck and contrasting trim enhanced piece Arthur.

Founded in 2013 in Los Angeles, California, Devereux specializes in stylish and comfortable golfwear that can be worn both on and off the course. The label’s products are sold at clubs, resorts and specialty retailers across the globe. (PB)
