Victoria's Secret Fashion Show displays six themes

The much highly anticipated annual catwalk event Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, hosted by the American lingerie giant Victoria’s Secret, showcased an exquisite array of innerwear creations influenced by some six awe-inspiring themes.
The fall season extravaganza, which for the very first time was held in the city of London, was opened by the Gilded Angels theme. The parade highlighted a series of beautiful Victoria’s Secret Angels sashaying down the ramp in matching crystal and lace trims adorned bra and brief combos paired with shimmering golden wings.
The Exotic Traveler theme drew inspiration from ancient cultures and faraway lands. Enhanced with varied textures, exotic prints, bejewelled embellishments, the presentation included ruffled short skirts, bustiers and sweeping sarongs with bold vibrant colourful prints.
Based on a powdery pastel-hued palette, the Dream Girl theme showed soft boudoir detailed retro style pieces like an-all white sheer ensembles, corsets with black lace embroidery, suspender belts and long flowing and almost transparent dresses.
The streetwear-inspired University of PINK was decorated with animal prints, colourful patterns and bold graffiti art. The segment displayed metallic puffer parkas, cropped tops, shorts, short skirts, sweatpants and sports bras.
The Fairy Tale theme depicted romanticism through the Swarovski crystal studded and flower detailed bodices, corsets, bra and knickers, and robes.
The Angel Ball theme focused on seductive glamour with its black and white heavy palette. Accentuated with delicate beading and strappy details, the show featured dark bodices, flowy sarongs and robes.
Apart from the latest innerwear showcase by the 47 supermodels, the event also unveiled its extremely expensive, rubies, diamonds, sapphires and 18-karat gold made fantasy bras (worn by the Brazilian models Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio).
