Currently, the 73-year-old retail guru is hosting exclusive charitable fashion shows and pop-up shops, featuring latest collections from FG4 by George Davies, at local schools.
“I have always been passionate about supporting good causes, schools and the local community, this is essentially what has given rise to this new way of launching the FG4 brand in the UK,” the designer said while talking about the novel fundraising catwalks on his website.
“I started my career in my teens, selling school uniforms directly to schools. With this UK launch of FG4, I am going back to my roots, getting back in touch with his customers by taking this collection on the road,” he adds.
Launched in 2011, FG4 is a design-led fashion brand that offers clothing for women and little girls and boys. (PB)
