Isko and Creative Room have partnered with Denim Première Vision as part of the Isko-I-Skool project, in search for the most promising talents.

Isko-I-Skool shapes young talent with two separate contests; one for designers, the Denim Design Award, and one for students of marketing, the Denim Marketing Award. The Creative Room is Isko’s style and research division.

According to an Isko press release, the second edition of the competition is opening up new challenges and opportunities for its students, with the collaboration of major worldwide institutions in fashion education.

These include, UAL Chelsea, ESMOD Munich, AMD Academy for Fashion and Design, FIDM, Istituto Marangoni, IUAV, Polimoda, SCAD, University of Westminster and AP Artesis Pantijn Hogeschool of Antwerp.

Denim Première Vision will make its forward-thinking know-how available for Isko I-Skool by exploring new trends emerging from the young creative minds of the students, together with Creative Room.

The Denim Première Vision team will look for groundbreaking combinations of concept innovation, dedication to the denim world, washing and treatments applied to garments with attention to body shape.

A dedicated glimpse of this inspiring analysis will be presented during the next edition of the Denim Première Vision tradeshow in Barcelona on May 28, 2015.

It will be hosted at the concept-booth dedicated to Isko I-Skool which will host a press conference to disclose the creative mix that projects highlighted.

“Ideas are the engine of our everyday approach, and most of all, the Isko I-Skool project sets out to show that,” Marco Lucietti, marketing director at Sanko/Isko division said.

“So we are extremely happy to have Denim Première Vision on board once again, this time with a top-range initiative totally dedicated to the search for innovation,” he added.

“Following its goal to support the discovery of new talents, Denim Première Vision is delighted to join the Isko-I-Skool programme and develop pioneer projects,” Chantal Malingrey, Denim Première Vision director said.

“We are actually very thrilled to deliver this year's Promising Talent award by Denim Premiere Vision,” Malingrey too added. (AR)
