Victoria Beckham has announced that she is merging two of her brands together. The fashion designer is combining her Victoria Beckham Denim line with her Victoria, Victoria Beckham (VVB) collection, say media reports.

The idea behind the merger is to cater for all areas of her clients' lives, and to also tackle a more casual market. Beckham says the move is part of a plan to tap into a new side of the VVB girl.

“It’s now time to take the VVB girls on further adventures – beyond the parties and cocktails and into the workplace and the everyday,” she said.

“The key elements of the Denim collection that have resonated incredibly well with my girl fit so neatly within the Victoria, Victoria Beckham line that over time we saw it only made sense to combine the two into one collection. The possibilities are really exciting.”

Victoria Beckham was in Singapore to show her Fall 2015 collection recently and made the big announcement from there.

Her brand will now join the major design houses worldwide in attempting to cater for all areas of her customers' lives in a more streamlined way, by reaching every area of her wardrobe with just two eponymous brands. (SH)
