Dahveese to launch at Couture Fashion Week in Sept

Consisting of one-of-a-kind apparel for both men and women, the label's unique character came from the designer's innovative use of denim with such materials as silk, mink fur and snake skin and quickly became a favorite on the local fashion scene.

While showing his wares at the Las Vegas Magic Show in 2002, Mr. Davis met Belinda Harris. A former beauty pageant winner and runner-up for Miss Pennsylvania, Ms. Harris has almost a decade of modeling experience as well as a degree in Broadcasting and Communications.

Combining their considerable talents, Mr. Davis and Ms. Harris launched Dahveese Denim LLC in 2004 with a new vision and perspective on the fashion industry.

Belinda Harris, securing the position of president and partner in Dah-Veese Denim LLC, plays a major part in the foundation, handling all aspects of the company. Dah-veese recently launched their new website, www.Dahveese.com, where all of their fashions can be viewed.

Working without pattern makers, cutters or steamers, the design duo begins with 310 designs, refining them down to 110 and eventually the final 30 set collection takes shape.

According to Mr. Davis, " Our credo is Life imitates fashion...& fashion is what you make it."
