Clothing retailer Marisa Christina files to deregister with SEC

Marisa Christina, Incorporated has filed to deregister with the Securities and Exchange Commission in a further effort to save administrative costs.
As a result, the Company will no longer file reports with the SEC. The Company will continue to supply financial and other vital information to shareholders and other interested investors.
Marisa Christina Inc designs, manufactures, sources and markets a broad line of high quality “better” clothing for women. The Marisa Christina label includes sweaters characterized by classic, timeless styling and unique details.
