Rajasthani Kundan and Meena Kari artistry work by Tanishq
A Tata subsidiary company Tanishq, India's leading jewellery brand known for its purity and innovative designs unveiled the commemorative Paheli collection. The collection captures the vibrancy of Rajasthani Kundan and Meena Kari artistry work, bringing to discerning consumers rich Indian jewellery.

The exquisite Kundan jewellery, embossed with colourful gems in ethnic and unique designs vividly showcases the grandeur of the past. Set in pure gold and offset with precious tourmalines, emeralds, rubies, pearls and onyx add a splash of colour capturing the 19th century flavour of Marwar that has been graphically illustrated in this year's blockbuster "Paheli".

The 'Paheli Collection' will hold appeal to the Indian women; bringing a communion of tradition and modernity illustrating the confidence and independence of crafting her own destiny. The aura associated with Kundan jewellery that was once worn by royalty lends itself to a magical and timeless experience of ancient and intricate forms of Indian craftsmanship.

The entire collection comprises of Navratna Mala, Kantha necklace, the Maira Har and the much-publicised kangans as worn by the star cast of the film, "Paheli".

Combining the conventions of the past with intricate patterns, the exquisite 'Paheli Collection', priced at Rs 80,000 onwards will be available in select Tanishq stores across key cities.

India's largest fashion accessories maker Titan entered the precious jewellery segment in 1995 under the brand name Tanishq. It is India's only fine jewellery brand with a national presence and is an acknowledged business leader in the country's $10-billion jewellery market. Tanishq jewellery is sold exclusively through a company controlled retail chain which now has 69 outlets spread over 53 Indian cities and is still expanding. Tanishq jewellery is also exported to Europe, the US, the Middle East and Australia.
