Jewelry retailer Elegant Illusions Inc announced it will hold its Annual Stockholder Meeting (ASM) September 7, 2005 at 10am, at its Corporate Offices, 542 Lighthouse Ave., Suite 5, Pacific Grove, California.
California based Elegant Illusions Inc is engaged primarily in the created gem and copy jewelry business with 24 specialty stores across the continental United States.
The Company's founders, Tamara and Gavin Gear, first began selling jewelry in 1976 on Cannery Row. Since then, along with CEO James Cardinal who committed to the Company in 1992, the Gears have carved out a substantial niche in the growing, multi-billion dollar jewelry industry.
