Marchpole settles dispute with Ozwald Boateng & Bespoke Couture Ltd

London based Marchpole Holdings plc, which designs, produces and sells high quality clothing and accessories for world class brands, announced a resolution to the dispute with Ozwald Boateng and Bespoke Couture Ltd.
The Court of Appeal ruled on two issues confirming the original judgment regarding O-Z at Debenhams, and allowing the counter appeal on Bicester Village although with certain restrictions on goods sold.
Marchpole thrives on its Brand Management expertise and its ability to design, produce and sell menswear clothing and accessories for well known brands in the apparel marketplace. Over the last 2 years the Company has successfully turned itself around and has expanded into new markets and opportunities.

Marchpole has been in the apparel business for over 30 years, predominantly as licensee for Yves Saint Laurent, and working with designers such as Jasper Conran, Tomasz Starzewski and Boateng.
In 1973 Marchpole was incorporated under the name Marchpole Limited and in November 1997 floated on the London Stock Exchange as Marchpole Holdings plc, where it has maintained a listing since. The Marchpole brands include; two Emanuel Ungaro labels : Emanuel Ungaro and Ungaro as well as labels; Yves Saint Laurent, Boateng, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac ('JCC') and Jean-Charles de Castelbajac / Rossignol.
