Pakistani designers set to storm Indian bridal wear market

Indian designers will get run for their money and accumen when Pakistani fashion designers storm the Indian bridal wear bastion with lehngas, sarees and embroidered suits.
A Pakistani designer Nadia Lakdawala stated that the Pakistani designer may not sound so bold as our Indian designers in creating the outfits however, their bridal creations are substantially in demand, in India.
Pakistani designer lines, featuring mehndi and bridal collection, trousseau, lehngas, salwar kameez are all made with lot of hand embroidery that Indian women like a lot, says Lakdawala,
She explained that the cost factor also favours Pakistani designs, as most of them start from Rs 4000 and go on to Rs 14000, while Indian bridal wear range is very costly.
A resurgence is taking place in Pakistani fashion world, since its designers are turning more fashion conscious, keen on learning and knowing the latest trends prevailing outside their country.
