Luxury watch store Tourneau to sell through online retailer Portero

New York based Portero, the leading luxury internet-based auction platform, announced an alliance with Tourneau, the world's largest luxury watch store with locations throughout the United States and the Caribbean, to authenticate all luxury watches purchased and sold through Portero.com.
With this collaboration, Tourneau will ensure the original authenticity of previously owned luxury watches bought and sold online. Portero, in turn, will act as Tourneau's official channel to the secondary market of online auctions.
On behalf of its clients, Portero.com sells new and previously owned luxury goods, such as apparel, jewelry, art, vehicles and boats, consumer electronics, fine housewares, and collectibles. It offers luxury-seeking consumers a white glove approach to selling and purchasing on websites such as eBay, which are typically geared towards the mass market.
Portero picks up your unwanted luxury goods, certifies their authenticity and merchandises them anonymously for you, using an online auction format.
