Watch maker Titan brings exchange offer

Famous Indian watch brand, Titan Industries has announced the return of the great exchange offer that is set to create a stir in the market. After the overwhelming response last year to the Titan exchange scheme, customers will once again have a chance to exchange an old watch for a brand new Titan watch.
This exchange offer means that a customer can bring in any old watch irrespective of make, age or condition - functional or otherwise and receive a flat discount of 25 per cent on the purchase of a new Titan watch. The old watches collected during this scheme will be donated to a charitable cause.
Speaking on the occasion, Bijou Kurien, COO — watches, Titan Industries, says, "This scheme is a great opportunity to change your watch wardrobe. Customers can choose from a wide variety of watches ranging from Gold & Steel, Raga, Edge, Flip, etc."
This scheme is valid from 12th August 2005 till 5th September 2005, across all Titan retail outlets in the country ( except Kerala ).
The scheme is not valid on the other brands of Titan such as Sonata, Nebula, Tommy Hilfiger and clocks. The scheme is also not valid across CSD outlets.
Titan Industries, a joint venture between the Tata Group and the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) commenced operations in 1987 under the name Titan Watches Limited. In 1994, Titan Industries diversified into jewellery.
