Wellness professionals and salon/spa owners worldwide understand the importance of health. It is the fastest growing sector of the beauty industry where new knowledge, techniques and services become the lifeblood of strong businesses and happy clients.

The two-day Wellness Summit at Cosmoprof North America was a virtual conference-within-the-conference, designed for spa and salon owners and managers, make-up artists, skincare professionals, massage therapists and others.

Hosted by the inspiring salon owner, instructor and spa consultant Geno Stampora, the summit offered sessions with industry leaders and nationally recognized experts on specific issues such as wellness trends, sales and marketing, and customer service.

The “Zone” Doctor. Dr. Barry Sears presented research behind his revolutionary approach to wellness. Summit attendees learned his steps to reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, and neurological and autoimmune diseases. Sears shared his secrets to realistic exercise and simple stress management—tips that attendees will immediately bring to their own wellness clients!

Francesco Morace. Future Concept Lab's Francesco Morace presented their findings on values and behaviors of well-being and beauty around the world. Attendees learned vitally important trends and case-studies in successful spas, salons and retail stores worldwide. Morace also hosted a busy booth to address individual questions and guide wellness professionals.
