Leona to launch leather-less fashion accessories

Leona Lewis, a popular British singer and winner of the third series of the television show, The X Factor, is all set to come up with an exclusive line of non-leather shoes and bags in a bid to protest against the use of the material.
Being a vegetarian, the singer prefers to wear anything not made of animal leather. In fact, she even refuses to adorn herself with diamonds largely because of the gruesome way in which they are mined.
Leona is of the opinion that killing animals just to meet our pleasure ends is the most inhumane act one can indulge into. Her own collection of non-leather shoes and bags would be affordable, providing better alternatives to the consumers.
