Wellco Enterprises to pay cash dividend on Sept 30

Shoemaker Wellco Enterprises Inc announced that its Board of Directors by written consent on September 7, 2005 declared a cash dividend of fifteen ($0.15) cents per share to be paid on September 30, 2005 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 16, 2005.
