'Design A Dress' Competition to support new design talents

The top two semi-finalists chosen each week will move to the final round for eight total finalists. Finalists will be given three weeks to make the dress they originally sketched and present their original creations to a panel of notable judges who will then convene to decide on one ultimate winner on April 7th.
