Under the terms of the agreement, Cherokee will develop strategic global licensing opportunities for Cate Adair Collections.
Cate Adair's design, expertise and credibility, combined with Cherokee's success in seamless brand extensions, provide an opportunity for a retailer to create a range of exciting Cate Adair lifestyle products, including: handbags, belts, footwear, accessories, apparel and home furnishings.
