Animale sensual collection recalls oriental fans

Despite global warming, which has been reducing the number of cold days around the world, Animale bets on the cold fronts and introduces a collection for the winter of 2008 with leather coats, wool coats, capes and puffy nylon jackets, and velvets.
However, it also makes room for light silk chemisiers with kimono collars, as well as short skirts and dresses with a variety of pleats that recall oriental fans.
Yes, although the inspiration always comes from female sensuality, this collection's silhouette is taken from the geishas.
We thus have deconstructed forms using tailoring techniques, but also volume such as cocoons and short, fitted jackets.
Materials: nylon, velvet, tricot, horse manes are applied in some looks, silk with wool yarn, matelasse jacquard, leather, knits, silicone denim and different fabrics with metalized yarns.
Lean color chart: whites, grayish-white, bluish-white, black, brown and camel.
For shine: strong beryl, blue and orange. Graphic art, square geometry and the image of Medusa are seen in the prints.
