Branded consumer Products Company K2 Inc announced that Dudley W. Mendenhall, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the Banc of America Securities 35th Annual Investment Conference, to be held on September 19-22, 2005, at The Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco, CA.
