ForeSee Results to assist Chico's FAS

Chico's FAS is working with ForeSee Results to measure online customer satisfaction with three brand websites: Chico's, Soma Intimates and White House | Black Market.

Using the proven methodology of the University of Michigan's American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), ForeSee Results determines how satisfied site visitors are with the online channel. Going further, the predictive ACSI methodology shows Chico's FAS how improvements to specific areas of the sites will result in increased satisfaction, loyalty, and sales online.

Online customer satisfaction measurement complements Chico's existing web analytics, providing the company with a way to gain more comprehensive insights about online shoppers.
