Over 350 entries were received for this year's Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker (C&W/H&B) Student Fashion Awards.
On the 14th July 2005, the panel of judges chose the following 8 Finalists from the 24 short listed entrants previously selected on the 9th May 2005:

Besides, Zandra Rhodes, Amanda Wakeley and fashion editor of the Daily Telegraph Hilary Alexander were also involved in preliminary stages of the judging.
Yesterday night saw the winner being announced, and it was none other than Takayako Tanaka who bagged the prestigious Cushman & Wakefield Student Fashion Awards at a glittering ceremony at London's Royal Opera House.
Takayako completed a hat trick for Central St Martins, London with both runners-up also studying at the world famous college.
