PVH to market Sportswear brands directly in Canada

Ken Duane, Vice Chairman, Wholesale of PVH added, "The Canadian market is an important market for PVH and its dress shirt and sportswear offerings. We are extremely appreciative of the efforts of Mike Purkis and the team at Caulfeild for over 10 years in helping to develop the Canadian market first for IZOD brand men's sportswear and then for Calvin Klein.

We also recognize that JFC and its predecessors were instrumental in developing the Van Heusen brand in Canada over the past 14 years and hold Sybil Sandorfy and her team in high regard. However, we believe that the experience we now have in Canada from our dress shirt operations makes it the right time to expand our direct presence in Canada."
