Senior Management changes at Bon-Ton

The Bon-Ton Stores Inc announced senior management changes. John J. Gleason, Senior Vice President, Corporate Credit, announced his retirement effective February 16, 2008. H. Todd Dissinger, 50, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Treasurer, Risk Management and Credit and will continue to report to Keith E. Plowman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Dissinger was Vice President, Treasurer and Risk Management.
Colleen M. Golomski, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, announced her retirement effective March 1, 2008. Denise M. Domian, 43, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resource Operations and will continue to report to Dennis R. Clouser. Mr. Clouser, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, will assume responsibility for Corporate Procurement & Operations and Information Systems. Prior to Ms. Domian's promotion, she was Vice President, Employment.
Bud Bergren, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, “I personally would like to thank John and Colleen for their years of dedicated service as key members of our senior management team and wish them the very best as they enter this new phase of their lives.”
Mr. Bergren continued, “We are very fortunate to have someone like Todd on our staff to assume John's responsibilities, and we are pleased to announce his promotion to senior vice president. Todd has been a member of our management team since he joined Bon-Ton in 1997 andbrings over 27 years of financial experience to this position. I am also extremely pleased to announce Denise's promotion to senior vice president in our Human Resource division.
I had the privilege of working with Denise at Elder-Beerman, where she was Divisional Vice President, Human Resources. She brings over 20 years of retail experience, and specifically, expertise in the human resource arena to this position. I look forward to working with Todd and Denise as we realize our plans for future growth and enhance the return to our shareholders.”
