Latest Gold Expressions range celebrates Italian design!

Moaz Barakat, Managing Director of World Gold Council in the Middle East, Turkey and Pakistan, enthused: We are very pleased to welcome the Gold Expressions 2008 Collection to Dubai, It presents an opportunity for jewellers and consumers in the region to get acquainted with the latest trends in gold jewellery.
The arrival of the all-Italian collection gains special significance as the Middle East emerges as the top import destination of Italian jewellery thus we expect great enthusiasm amongst the region's jewellery lovers in ushering in this year's official selection.”

A recent study cited by independent GFMS reported that the UAE imports around 70% of all Italian imports to the Middle East (inclusive of Turkey and Egypt) and is the largest single country market in dollar terms, officially surpassing North America by USD 43 million.
