IBMC China AG to list on Open Market at Frankfurt Stock Exchange

IBMC CHINA AG (IBMC) announced that it has successful listed its Class A Common stock on Frankfurt Exchange Open Markets on February 22, 2008.
Frank Yuan, CEO of IBMC stated, “I am proud to list IBMC CHINA AG on the Frankfurt Deutsche Börse Group Open Market.” Yuan added, “After many years of reaching the American Dream, now it is time to achieve the China Dream.”
Yuan also added, “By listing on the Frankfurt Exchange, it will allow the German and European Investors to share the fastest growing economy and expanding market in the World – China. IBMC CHINA AG will help our shareholders gain value by participating in one of the most important growth industries in China - the retail industry.”
Acting as the master licensee for international fashion brands and retailers, and leveraging its brands recognition, designs, marketing experience and skills, IBMC will open multiple stores for each brand.
