First ever Coach store to open in Europe at Heathrow Airport

The store will also feature the world's largest plasma screen, measuring 1.22 x 2.44 metres and used to highlight the latest products. The range will include watches and fine jewellery, large and small leather goods and a choice of luxury accessories.
In addition vintage pieces never before included in travel retail and an exclusive charm specifically designed for T5 will be included in the range. Regular exclusive fashion shows will be also part of the customer experience at T5.
The 50 sqm Chocolate Box will include several brand new features exclusively developed for this store. Nuance has added a wide range of loose chocolates, giving customers far more purchasing and gifting choice than ever before.
The shop design is a further evolution of the award winning Terminal 1 store and includes huge chocolate waterfalls situated at either side of the store entrance. In addition a unique to Heathrow chocolate kitchen will feature master chocolatiers demonstrating their artistry to tempt customers.
Jean-Paul Bonnel, CEO Europe for The Nuance Group, expressed his delight at being awarded these three high profile concessions: “London Heathrow is the busiest airport in Europe and an important location for travel retail operations. We are pleased to have been selected as partners for the retail offer at the truly magnificent T5 and look forward to providing passengers with an exciting and entertaining shopping offer.”
Nick Ziebland, BAA Group Retail Strategy Director and Retail Director of Terminal 5, said: "We are delighted to announce that Terminal 5 will play host to three unique concessions operated by The Nuance Group. Bulgari, Coach and Chocolate Box will each provide passengers travelling through the new terminal with exclusive retail offerings within cutting edge store designs. All three stores will be perfectly positioned to provide passengers with a unique shopping experience."
