Chesney & Dyvaun to appear in Lord & Taylor Spring Campaign

Lord and Taylor announces that a panel of industry experts selected Ashlyn Chesney from Hampden, Maine and Dyvaun Clark from Hampton, Virginia to appear in Lord and Taylor's 2009 Spring Campaign.
The would-be models and 10 other finalists of the 2008 Lord and Taylor Model Search participated among seasoned New York Models in a Fashion Show last night hosted by celebrated TV personality Robert Verdi at the store's Flagship on Fifth Avenue.
The judges included Supermodel-Actress Carol Alt, David Lipman, Chairman of LIPMAN, the advertising agency responsible for Lord and Taylor's much talked about $10 Million branding campaign, and LaVelle Olexa, Lord and Taylor's SVP Advertising, Sales Promotion and Public Relations.
More than 75,000 six casting calls at Lord and Taylor stores and two lively rounds of online voting, generated buzz and excitement for the process of selecting the twelve finalists for NEXT YEAR'S MODEL.
Besides Ms. Chesney and Mr. Clark from the Boston and Washington casting calls respectively, the finalists included: Lauren Connolly and Charles Alix Bien-Aime, from New York City; Rinette Pradhan and Yasmine Lewis from Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ; Matt Reineck from Prudential Center, Boston, MA; Alexander Kouts from Chevy Chase, Washington, DC; Ricellys Duggal and Jennie Samson from Eastchester, Scarsdale, NY; and Meredith Chinkel and Richard Boehmcke from Garden City, NY.
Guests at the animated event included fashion industry press and photographers as well as representatives from many New York modeling agencies eager to find new talent.
