Fashion company Mariol have a new President

Giuliano Donini was announced as new president of Empresas Marisol, in a Shareholders Meeting held on March 19 in Jaraguá do Sul, Santa Catarina.
The 33-year old professional has participated in many of the recent changes at the company, including the acquisitions of the Pakalolo and Rosa Chá brands, and the opening of stores for the children's brand, Lilica Ripilica, in renowned world fashion centers such as Milan and Spain.
Successor to one of the main businessmen in the country, Vicente Donini – who presided over the company for more than 12 years – Giuliano Donini intends to give continuity to Marisol's story of success and consolidation initiated by the former president.
The legatee has been at Marisol since 1999 and has worked as a market and product analyst, executive director of the footwear division, commercial director and marketing director.
The administrator has had an active participation in the main changes in group guidelines, especially with regard to the internationalization of brands and the implementation of the process to make Marisol become a brand manager and distribution channel in the fashion segment.
With regard to his experience for the position, Giuliano Donini says “practices for the function itself will have to be built and demonstrated during everyday activities, but I consider the fact I have experienced Marisol and its changes in direction, focused on brand management and distribution channels over the past nine years to be a favorable and important point.”
