Phoenix Footwear announces extension to file Form 10-K

Phoenix Footwear Group Inc announced that it has filed a notice of extension with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 12b-25 to extend the time to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 29, 2007 until April 14, 2008.
The extension will allow the Company to complete its audit work, which requires additional time due to the divestiture of its Royal Robbins and Altama business units during 2007.
The Company expects to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 29, 2007 on Monday, April 14, 2008 after market close, and to host an investor call shortly thereafter.
Details on accessing the conference call will be announced by the Company in a separate press release.
