Andrés Baño presents Dark Surfer International Travelers

Stylist Tarcísio Almeida opened the first day of fashion shows at the 9th edition of Dragão Fashion Brasil, held in Fortaleza.

Winner of the event's New Talents contest in 2007, this time he presented the "rhinoceros" collection, which gets its name from playwright Eugène Ionesco.

Then it was time for the debut of Argentine stylist Andrés Baño, with the "Dark Surfer International Travelers" collection, which emerged from several inspirations such as the streets, films and celebrities.

He used Argentine and Brazilian materials, such as Lycra, cotton, lace, satin, gauze and tulle. The patterns include graphic arts, florals and animal prints.

The designer opted for a mix of fabrics and prints in the same piece. On the catwalk, dresses, corselets, skirts and blouses.

The lengths are varied, as are the shapes. For men, pieces that highlight the silhouette. Soon after, it was stylist Mario Queiroz's turn to show the collection he presented at the last São Paulo Fashion Week

Mauy by Christiane Arruda traveled in the world of artist Tarsila do Amaral. Like Tarsila, the stylist explored strong colors, like purple, violet, wine, blackberry, fuchsia, red, as well as beige, black and white.
