The brands comprise a chain of 24 specialty stores based in the province of Quebec. Amnesia and Arsenic are action sports retail stores operating since 2001 and 2003 respectively. D-Tox is a specialty retailer of apparel and accessories related to the music industry.

Founded in 1998, Board Zone is an action sports online retailer with an emphasis on snowboard equipment and related apparel and accessories.
Canada's leading company West 49 Inc is a specialty retailer of apparel, footwear and accessories, with an emphasis on skateboarding, snowboarding and surfing. The Company targets "Generation Y" customers (ages 10 through 18). It operates 66 stores in seven provinces. It also owns Off The Wall, fashion- forward young women's clothing retailer with 11 stores. West 49's common shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol WXX.
