Target launches new Whim by Cynthia Rowley

The Whim collection at Target has everything needed to throw a party on a whim from lively tablecloths to melamine dinnerware and beverage tubs.
Stay cool on those hot summer days with great outdoor products such as an inflatable pool and a pink garden hose. With pieces in the collection also including backyard games such as croquet, bubble machines and cosmic sports balls, summer toys and activities have never been so action-packed.
