Tandy Leather's 49th retail store at Jacksonville

Texas based leading Leatherwear Company Tandy Leather Factory Inc announced that it is opening a Tandy Leather retail store in Jacksonville, Fla. The store is expected to open for business next week. This is the seventh retail store opened in 2005 and brings the total number of Tandy Leather retail stores to 49.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Wray Thompson, commented, "They are excited to be moving into northern Florida. Coupled with their existing Tandy store in Orlando and our Leather Factory center in Tampa, the addition of Jacksonville solidifies our market coverage of the northern half of the state. Justin Montemagno will be managing the store. He is a young, energetic man with incredible work ethic who has worked his way through our manager training rather quickly. He shows great promise and we believe he will be a successful store manager. He will be a good example to other trainees of what they can accomplish with some hard work."
US based Tandy Leather Factory Inc, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, is a specialty retailer and wholesale distributor of a broad product line including leather, leatherworking tools, buckles and adornments for belts, leather dyes and finishes, saddle and tack hardware, and do-it-yourself kits. The Company distributes its products as The Leather Factory through its wholesale distribution centers and as Tandy Leather Company through its retail stores.
