Footwear retailer DSW Inc reported net sales of $111.9 million for the five-week period ended October 1, 2005, a 13.0 percent increase over last year's net sales of $99.1 million for the five-week period ended October 2, 2004. September comparable store sales increased 1.1 percent over the same period last year.
For the thirty-five week period ended October 1, 2005, the Company reported a net sales increase of 17.6 percent to $747.6 million from $635.9 million last year. Comparable store sales increased 3.0 percent for the thirty-five week period.
