Fashion Angels moves shipping services to DHL

DHL, the world's leading express delivery and logistics company, announced a new two-year agreement with Fashion Angels Enterprises, a manufacturer and wholesaler of preteen merchandise. Under the agreement, DHL will be the exclusive shipper for all finished product shipments within the U.S. as well as international import and export of small package samples for Fashion Angels.

Fashion Angels Enterprises manufactures and distributes the latest trends for the preteen or “tween” market segment, including fashions and accessories for dolls; bath and body products; arts and crafts activity kits and stationary. The company designs and develops all of its products and styles out of its corporate offices and distribution center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Product samples are shipped via DHL's international express services to and from the U.S. and vendors in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and countries in Europe. Fashion Angels Enterprises then distributes its final merchandise to retailers, wholesalers and consumers within the U.S. using DHL's express and ground services

“We require a reliable solution for rapid movement of our product samples overseas in order to meet our tight production schedules,” said Jun Lee at Fashion Angels Enterprises.

“DHL provides that solution, delivering faster transit times across all of the trade lanes that reach our vendors and factories offshore. We were also impressed with the expert consultation, flexibility and personal service that DHL provides for its clients. DHL is working with us as a partner rather than a vendor, which is a real reflection of their culture,” continued Jun Lee.
