Moda Italiana launches I Medici Firenze store in Chicago

Moda Italiana, an upscale leather goods store that originated from its efforts to bring high-quality, leather handbags and accessories from the streets of Florence, Italy to the United States, announces its latest store, located on the 4th floor of Chicago's historic Water Tower Place.

Constructed of fine Italian leather and detailed attention to style, these bags are eco-friendly, made of traditional vegetable tanned Italian leather, yet styled to appeal to modern customer.

The company is now offering a 20 percent discount off of any store and online item starting up through Father's Day.

Originally, Carlo and Doris founded Moda Italiana almost two decades ago on the Ponte Vecchio of Florence, Italy. The Asti's soon earned a continental reputation for artistry, exquisite styling, superlative craftsmanship, utility and durability, and in 2000, after finding the majority of their purchasers were American, brought their Florentine legacy of unsurpassed leather creations to the United States.
