PAF students present their projects at Synthesis

Pearl Academy of Fashion (PAF) hosted Synthesis '08 – an annual programme with dissertation and felicitation of the award winning research by Business and Technology Department of the year.
Attended by the eminent personalities from textile, apparel, media & government, the event marked PAF student's entry into a professional world.
Guest of Honour Mr. D.K. Nair, secretary General, Confederation of Indian Textile Industries graced the occasion by his valuable presence.
Synthesis recognises the best research done by the students and awards them for their work. The research addresses to the shortcomings in the apparel industry.
Synthesis is an integration of the learning that the students have had during their education at the academy.
The objective of the presentation was to enhance students' knowledge and skills in the field of fashion and apparel industry.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. AKG Nair, Group Director, Pearl Academy of Fashion proudly said “Synthesis provides a platform that encourages students to learn beyond the text books.
Year after year, we have observed that students constantly strive hard to win the awards. I congratulate the winners and look forward to some extra-ordinary work next year as well!”
