Mayur Leather Board to consider final dividend

Mayur Leather Products Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2008, inter alia, to decide the following:
1. Adoption of Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year 2007-2008.
2. Discuss the recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2007-2008.
3. Time, date, place and Notice for the Annual General Meeting of the Company and matters connected therewith.
Manufacturer and exporter of safety shoes, boots long boots as per cen norm 345.
