Announcement of 2005 Dirty South New Faces Model Search winners next week

It's the last week for South Africa to cast their votes for the sexiest legs and beefiest bod in the 2005 Dirty South New Faces Model Search. The results from the public voting segment of the contest will narrow it down to 10 finalists.

New Faces Director, Paul Reynell says that this year has definitely seen a higher standard of entries compare to last year and so far the tallies from the public voting have been very close. This was definitely a motivating factor to extend this segment of the contest.

This is the second year of this highly successful contest which was the first of its kind in the world, and was conceived by New Faces South Africa.

Next week sees the turn of the panel of celebrity judges to cast the final vote to select the two winners that will walk away with lucrative modelling contracts with New Faces South Africa and other prizes to start their careers as models. The two winners will be announced at an event and fashion show to be held on Sunday, 23 October 2005 at the Canal Walk Fashion Week.

New Faces is the third branch of an agency established nearly a decade ago in Switzerland. The announcement to open in South Africa followed soon after the launch of the second branch recently in New Jersey. It will focus on model, artist and event management, and it truly an international agency, working very closed with all the branches globally to create a professional environment that is not only diverse, but also benefits all those represented, as well as clients.
