IFFAIR promotes 12th Ningbo Intl Fair in EU

It has been reported that a delegation, led by Secretary General of IFFAIR Organizing Committee and Vice Director of Ningbo Economy Committee, Mr Zhou Xueming, toured Europe in July, so as to promote the upcoming 12th Ningbo International Fashion Fair scheduled for October 23-26, 2008 in Ningbo.

This business trip included several countries namely Germany, Italy and Switzerland.

The delegation had comprehensive talks with the Florence officials, which is one of the traditional partners of Ningbo city. This is expected to strengthen cooperation between the Ningbo International Fashion Trade Fair and Italy.

Delegation also visited CPD Düsseldorf, held between July 27-29, 2008 in Germany so as to seek cooperation and learn from it.

Chairman of Switzerland Textile & Clothes Industrial Association presented a detailed introduction of the textile and clothing industry of the region.

He further expressed keen interest in the Ningbo International Fashion Trade Fair, and said that he would most likely visit the Chinese city in August or September 2008.
