RockBands to trade on Pink Sheets under 'RKBD' symbol

RockBands Inc announced that the Company has completed its merger with DTI Inc and is now trading on the Pink Sheets under ticker symbol "RKBD."
The merger was completed in a stock for stock transaction on 29 May, 2008. Reorganization is now complete and management of DTI Inc has resigned.
Lee Dahlberg is the CEO of RockBands Inc and will assume control of the Company along with RockBands board of directors.
RockBands Inc principle market is Leather Rock Bands apparel which is worn by over 2,300 celebrities. The Rock Bands have been well publicized by print and internet media.
Lee Dahlberg, CEO of RockBands Inc, said, "We are very pleased to complete the merger agreement and now have the stock available to trade in the marketplace.
It has taken a significant amount of work but we have finally arrived. We have a strong Company and we expect to hit the ground running with exciting developments for our core shareholders and our new shareholders. We have a significant number of distribution and sales agreements to announce over the coming weeks and months."
