Beauty.com Inc a wholly-owned subsidiary of drugstore.com inc continues its fashion designer bag series this fall by partnering with Vena Cava.

Vena Cava designers Lisa Mayock and Sophie Buhai created a multi-purpose beauty tube sizeable enough to hold a complete assortment of products.

For added appeal, the cylinder-shaped bag also has the capability to convert to a smaller case so it can be thrown into handbags for women on the go.

Made of organic cotton canvas, the design features a signature print and includes a mirror and brush holders for the ultimate in chic functionality.

"We wanted to design a makeup bag that was both nautical and Egyptian in print and could transform to several sizes for function," said Mayock.

"We love that our bag is tubular it resembles the shape of a vintage shaving kit with an attached mirror and supply straps."

"The great thing about it is that you can use the larger size for travel and the smaller size in your purse for an evening out," added Buhai.

The Vena Cava Beauty Tube is a gift with a purchase of $75 or more on Beauty.com beginning September 10, 2008 and contains deluxe and full-sized products valued at more than $115, including:
- Smashbox Bionic Mascara
- Stila High Shine Lip Color in Samantha
- Too Faced Shadow Insurance Primer
- Korres Guava Body Butter
- Phytodefrisant
- Caudalie Peach Shower Gel
- Urban Decay Crash Liquid Liner
- Skyn Iceland Eye Cream
- Foot Petals Haute Heels
- Borba Lip Tint (Full Sized!)
- Arcona White Tea Eye Makeup Remover
- Alterna Hemp Repair Shampoo

Vena Cava's critically acclaimed designers will also lend their best beauty advice to Beauty.com customers as the Guest Beauty editors in September. Customers can learn about Lisa and Sophie's favorite tricks, and tried and true products.

Behind the scenes beauty videos featuring Oscar Blandi and Tina Turnbow backstage at the upcoming Vena Cava fashion presentation will also be available for viewing in the Beauty.com video library later in the month.

"Vena Cava's fusion of style and innovation adds undeniable value to a gift that is already full of best beauty products," said Kathleen McNeill, president of Beauty.com.

"We're happy to be able to offer to both new and loyal Beauty.com customers this exclusive opportunity to pair their smart and chic esthetic side by side with some of the designers' favorite beauty tips."

Site wide gifts with purchase are just one of the perks available to Beauty.com customers. Other benefits include "Everyday Free Shipping," 5% back on every purchase, the free sampling center, 100% color match guarantee, and a shared online shopping cart with Beauty.com's partner site, drugstore.com.
