Rachel Roy creates signature cocktail dress for Grey Goose

GREY GOOSE, the "World's Best Tasting Vodka," is proud to announce its collaboration with renowned American fashion designer, Rachel Roy.
GREY GOOSE Vodka has commissioned Rachel Roy to exclusively design and create a signature cocktail dress to be worn by the brand's spokes models at select GREY GOOSE sponsored events across the country. The dresses will be labeled with RACHEL ROY exclusively for GREY GOOSE Vodka.
The RACHEL ROY cocktail dress designed exclusively for GREY GOOSE will resemble a classic silhouette with clean, modern lines.
The fabric is made of stretch wool for structure, and ease of movement. The design will include a feminine draped neckline and an element of fluidity in the back detailing.
"GREY GOOSE is extremely excited to expand our relationship in the fashion community and to partner with a talented designer like Rachel Roy," commented Shane M. Graber, VP and Group Director of GREY GOOSE Vodka.
"Her talent, style and sophistication create synergy for the brand and we look forward to continuing a long-lasting relationship."
Rachel Roy's inspiration brings a unique design approach to the creation of the GREY GOOSE Vodka signature cocktail dress.
Her creation is derived from the classic heritage and discerning taste of the luxury vodka brand. "In keeping with this tradition, my design matches the timeless fluidity of the little black dress, with a hint of the iconic, signature blue to capture the effortless elegance of this occasion," Rachel said.
In order to further reinforce the brand as a leader in the super-premium vodka market, GREY GOOSE will be the official title sponsor of the RACHEL ROY Spring 2009 Fashion Presentation this September during New York Fashion Week. The partnership will be extended to include trunk shows and store openings.
