India's first Institute of Apparel Management (IAM) promoted by AEPC Society for Human Resource Development under the aegis of Apparel Export Promotion Council was inaugurated on 18th Sep'08. IAM is an industry driven institution offering professional programmes with promising careers in apparel industry & has been conceptualized to provide cutting edge education required for managing apparel industry in new competitive era.

The institute has started offering various programmes from September 2007 at its own campus in Apparel House, Gurgaon.

PROGRAMMES OFFERED:
i) For academic Session 2007-08
a) Apparel Marketing & Merchandising (1 year full time PG programme) – Sep' 07 onwards
b) Apparel Retail Merchandising (1 year part time PG programme) – Nov' 07 onwards
c) Apparel Marketing & Merchandising (1 year full time PG programme) – Jan' 08 onwards

ii) For academic session 2008 onwards
a) Apparel Marketing & Merchandising (18 months full time PG Programme) - Aug' 08 onwards
b) Bachelor of Applied Science “Fashion & Textiles Merchandising” (2+1 year full time UG Programme) in association with RMIT University, Australia – Aug' 08 onwards
