Desert inspires Turtle Festive Collection

Turtle Ltd, one of India's fastest growing menswear brand has launched its Festive Collection 08. The collection draws its inspiration from the desert. The Festive collection includes two new lines titled THE DESERT TEA & THE SABBIA- THE SANDS OF MOROCCO.
The Desert Tea line, as the title suggests gets its inspiration from the desert and the mood is that of an exotic world hidden within a dry sandy landscape, an element of sophistication, elegance and clean appearance. Adding to this the chief designer of Turtle Ltd, Narinder Kaur says “A desert is just not about dry sand, there is a colorful life, an opulent culture extracted from the barren land.” The colors used for this line are rich dark colors like corel, emerald, sandstone, brick, ash, rust, wine, plum & seal brown.
Sabbia- the Sands of Morocco line gets its inspiration again from the desert but with a contemporary twist. The colors used are shades of beiges and khaki hues ranging from very pale oatmeal colors to terracotta, ochre brown, burnt sienna, chestbrown, karolina blue and prussian.
Narinder Kaur adds “The USP of this line is the different kinds of washes for the shirts and trousers-micro sand finish, golf ball washing as well as the leather finish which are quite unique and different from other lines.”
