Designers to present stunning creations for men at RFW

Riga Fashion Week (RFW) that is scheduled from October 30 to November 5 at Reval Hotel Latvija is organized by Baltic Fashion Federation. This time more than 60 designers from different parts of the world are expected to participate here for showcasing their creations.

The designers from countries like Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, France, Russia, United Kingdom, Belgium, Scandinavian countries and Japan will display their creations for Spring/Summer 2009 season with main focus on designs for men.

Some of the established designers who will grace the occasion and will display of their collection include Keita, Tanja Pavlova, Anna Led, Maria Aniskovica and Atis Artemjevs from Latvia, Oksana Tandit from Estonia and Diana Nevedomskyte from Lithuania. Along with them nearly 32 brands will also display their wide range of garments for the S/S season.

A jewellery exhibition by Efva Attling of Stockholm will also be organized here for the fashion conscious buyers and visitors. There will also be a series of conferences and a number of workshops for fashion and textile industry experts.

The discussion will include topics like sustainable and environment friendly fashion and the Baltic Sea region's competitiveness in the fashion and textile industry.
