The Personal Style Award will be presented during the Dallas Fashion Awards gala on Saturday, October 25 at 6:30 p.m. in The Grand Pavilion at the Trade Mart.

Past recipients of the Personal Style Award include Linda Gray, Faye Dunaway, Bernadette Peters, Carol Burnett, Jane Seymour, and Gerald and Debbie Barnes.

Category finalists will be invited to design custom denim jackets, which will be auctioned in the spring at the Dallas Collective gala benefiting the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS (DIFFA). Dallas Market Center will also host a silent auction benefiting the Fashion Group International Scholarship Fund during the gala.

Dallas Market Center would like to thank Rosewood Crescent Hotel Dallas, Champagne Piper-Heidsieck, PaperCity and FIJI Water for their sponsorship of the event.

The Dallas Fashion Awards, now in its 33rd year, is the oldest retailer-chosen awards program in the country. The Awards recognize “superior design innovation, quality workmanship and retail performance.” The 25 finalists in eight categories are nominated by a committee comprised of fashion press and industry experts.
